As parents, and as a team of career professionals, we are very familiar with the joys and challenges of expanding a family. We were founded in 2014 to provide the highest quality of care for families who need a support system during this dynamic and beautiful life transition. All of our team members are formally trained and extensively screened. Our team members operate professional Night Nanny Businesses, hold current liability insurance, CPR certifications, and have passed background checks. We understand that choosing a provider to care for your child is a big decision - we are here to help you choose the right fit for you with a personalized approach for each and every unique family.
Meet Our Owner
Hi, I’m Angie — a business owner, operator, and a fierce advocate for growing families. Becoming the CEO of Night Owl Nanny Care is more than a professional milestone for me — it’s deeply personal. When my child was born over eight years ago, I found myself in the magical but overwhelming early days of parenthood without the support my family truly needed. My husband and I were juggling demanding careers, and the exhaustion, isolation, and mental load took a real toll. We got through it, but we knew it could have been so much better with the right kind of help.
That experience stuck with me. It’s what drives my passion today — to ensure no family feels alone during one of life’s most transformative times.
Before joining Night Owl Nanny Care, I spent over two decades in executive operations and nonprofit leadership, working with mission-driven organizations across multiple industries. I’ve led high-performing teams, overseen complex programs, and built systems to care for people — but nothing has felt quite as meaningful as this work.
At Night Owl Nanny Care, we are more than caregivers. We’re a village. I’m so proud to be part of a community of compassionate, highly trained providers who show up every night for families — especially when they need it most.
